Services and Amenities
The New Student Center is a new 150,000-square-foot facility with three floors. The first floor has a variety of food and retail venues such as Aggie Wings, Sub Connection, Einstein Bagels, 1891 Bistro, Bookstore, several ATMs, and a Convenience Store. There are several lounges, recreation and gaming areas, and an Information Desk.
The second floor has The Market Place Dining (meal plan option), Bookstore, Aggie OneCard, large ballroom (banquet services) with divider, study rooms, meeting spaces, lounge areas, and a multipurpose room.
Located on the third floor are the Office of Student Activities (SGA, SUAB, Greek Life, and Student Clubs/Organizations), Office of Leadership & Civic Engagement (Gospel Choir, Graduate Council, Yearbook), Office of Intercultural Engagement, Student Center Administration, study areas, meeting spaces, conference rooms, lounge areas and a large multipurpose room with a divider.
Student Center Facility Maintenance Work Order System
The Student Center has an internal work order system in place to address the maintenance and facility needs of the departments, units, and retail areas within the Student Center. The link provided will allow the maintenance staff to better services these areas by providing a timeline of requests, recordkeeping, and timely responses and/or repairs or miscellaneous requests submitted. Information Center
This area serves as the primary point of contact in providing customer service to the Student Center customers. The Information Center is also the centralized location that provides fax, copy, print services, directional assistance and general campus events and information. Also, serves as a station for items lost & found within the building.
Computer Lab
The Computer Lab in the Student Center is located in room 340 on the 3rd floor. The lab is equipped with 6 all in one computer systems along with a printer. There is also a TV monitor and tables and chairs for studying.
Gaming Room
The Game Room is temporarily closed due to construction for our upcoming Esports Arena. We’re excited to bring this new space to campus and appreciate your patience during the transformation. Stay tuned for updates!
Recreation Room
This area serves as a recreation area that includes four billiards tables, two table tennis conversion tops, a foosball table, and a host of board games. The recreation room operates from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Friday and 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. AggieOne Card must be present to play. All games are free.

Esports Lab
On Wednesday February 7, 2024, Aggie Esports celebrated the grand opening of the new Esports Lab, located in Room 222 of the Student Center. This area provides a space for the campus’s gaming community to participate in both competitive and casual gaming. The Esports Lab includes 12 Benq Zowie gaming monitors, 10 Playstation 5s, 10 Nintendo Switches, seven Dell Alienware PCs, an Xbox Series X and two large televisions, along with a growing number of games in our library.
AggieOne Card must be present to play. All games are free.

Lactation Pod
Need a private, comfortable space for breastfeeding or pumping? A dedicated lactation pod is available on the 2nd floor of the Student Center. It’s located near the lounge area between Marketplace Dining and the Aggie OneCard Office. For access, please visit the Information Desk or Suite 368 for assistance.
Vending Machines – Snacks & Beverages
Grab a quick snack or drink between classes! We have two convenient vending locations:

2nd Floor: Next to the lactation pod, in the lounge between Marketplace Dining and the Aggie OneCard Office.

1st Floor: A beverage vending machine is available near the Recreation Room, in the space where the ATM was previously located.
Meeting Spaces
The Student Center has a variety of meeting and multipurpose spaces as well as a ballroom to accommodate most any event or program. There are 15 small to large meeting rooms, three study rooms, two multipurpose spaces, and a ballroom. These spaces are equipped with audio/visual needs and resources to ensure event and program success. Please see the Student Center Facility Information Sheet for space details and service fees. Reservations for Student Center spaces must be submitted through the 25 Live online scheduling system.

Study Room Guidelines
- Rooms are intended for small study group meetings.
- No event programming allowed in these spaces.
- Aggie One Card required.
- Event name MUST be first name, last name.
- Rooms come AS-IS (No additional resources will be provided).
- Reservations will be removed if you are more than 15-minutes late.
- Reservations can be made 24 hours in advance. Series of future occurrences will be removed.
- Failure to follow ALL guidelines will result in the removal of your request.

How to Reserve Your Study Room
Follow these simple steps to secure your space:
Step 1: Select Date
Choose either today or tomorrow for your reservation.
Step 2: Select Time
Pick your preferred time slot—up to 2 hours max.
Step 3: Select Location
Choose a SC-Meeting Room from the list of available spaces.
Step 4: Enter Event Name (Required)
Use your first and last name as the event name. (Example: John Doe)
Step 5: Save Reservation
Click Save to confirm your booking. You’re all set!
Catering Guidelines
The NCAT Student Center requires that all food served at functions within the Student Center be purchased through an established caterer. Please see established caterer requirements and registered student organizations/department food and beverage guidelines. All required documentation for catering is due at least two weeks prior to the event date. If all required documentation is not received within this timeframe, the organizer will be required to select a caterer approved by the Student Center. Failure to meet these requirements will forfeit the organizer's opportunity to provide a caterer for their event, NO EXCEPTIONS.
